  • I'm not sure what size to get. How do the sizes run?

  • If I place an order today, how long will it take to arrive?

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 2-4 business days. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days. 

  • How long does it take to receive a pre-order?

Pre-orders ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If you order an item that is pre-order, we will update the product overview on the website with the expected ship date once that information is received from the vendor. If you have questions concerning your order, please contact us via email. 

  • I haven't received my tracking number or package. What should I do?

We apologize that your order has not been received. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. If you have not receive your item(s) after that time frame, please notify us. If you did not receive your tracking number, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders for your tracking confirmation email. Contact us with any questions via email. 

  • What if an item is out of stock?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
