Shipping Policy

Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship orders within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping.

We utilize USPS Priority Shipping as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping  You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 5pm Eastern standard time will not ship until the following Monday.

United States Standard Shipping – $8

Please allow 2-3 business days after your order is shipped to receive your package.  

Express Shipping – $26

All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 5pm EST. Orders placed after 5pm EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will definitely be shipped by the next business day.

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will usually arrive within 1-2 business days from the shipped date.

Free Shipping 

Orders valued at $100 or more are eligible for free shipping. This policy applies only to standard ground shipping. You must purchase a total of $100 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

International Shipping 

Please allow 5-15 days after your order is shipped to receive your package. International shipping is subject to extra shipping charges invoiced. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted. 

International Rush & Expedited

Orders placed with this shipping option are expected to deliver within 5 business days as we can only guarantee Rush shipping for the Domestic United States. Customs clearance, duties & taxes, may cause delays in delivery. 

Taxes, Duties and Import fees
All applicable custom import fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jelly's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
